This article will show you some of the best websites you can use to find jobs in Kenya.
It is not that difficult to find a job in Kenya. You need to know the websites to search for them and complete an application.
Here are some websites that I recommend:
Best websites to find jobs in Kenya
1. Google.com
The first website you should use is Google.com, and all you have to do is have an internet connection on your phone or computer and Navigate to google.com.
There you can:
- Enter the keyword “jobs Kenya” on your search bar and press enter
- Type in a location like Nairobi or Mombasa to narrow down your search results
This way, you will find websites looking for employees in those areas specifically. You can then apply to them without any problems at all!
2. Linkedin.com
A second website you can use is Linkedin.com, and all you have to do is create an account by typing in your email address, password, and profile photo if necessary.
There, type ‘jobs Kenya’ on the search bar and press enter, then find websites looking for employees. It will be easier for other people like yourself to apply through these websites instead of doing everything from scratch!
You should take some time to explore this site because there’s no telling what else they might have up their sleeve!
The only downside about using LinkedIn instead of Google is that LinkedIn doesn’t show any results when searching “jobs” without inputting location information first- which defeats the purpose in many ways. Still, I’m not dissing the site by any means!
LinkedIn is one of those websites where you have to put in a little bit more effort before seeing what it has to offer- but it’s worth checking out for sure.
3. Facebook groups and pages
Facebook is another good website where you can find jobs in Kenya. Especially Facebook groups and company pages.
I found many jobs on Facebook groups that employers have posted in. You can also use the search bar to find posts related to “jobs in Kenya” or even be more specific with their location (Nairobi, Kisumu) and job type (Accounting, IT).
Some companies also advertise job opportunities on their Facebook pages. All you have to do is scroll down, and sometimes they’ll even post a link.
4. Brighter Monday
Brighter Monday is a leading job board in Kenya. Their platform allows employers to post jobs, and employees can apply for them directly on Brighter Monday!
This website has a lot of jobs for different industries. You can search by industry, location, and job type. Brighter Monday also has an app that you could download on your phone to connect with all the latest opportunities!
Check them out today, and you might find your dream job!
5. Kenyamoja.com
Kenya Moja is a news aggregator which also features a jobs board. Kenyamoja is a great resource for Kenyans looking to find jobs.
One feature that makes this site so good is its job alerts sent by email or SMS, which will update you on any new vacancies in your preferred location and industry. With Kenya Moja’s unlimited search function, it is easy to stay informed about opportunities available in Kenya!
6. Fuzu
Another great website where you can find jobs in Kenya is Fuzu. Fuzu has a wide range of vacancies, and their search function includes
- industry
- location
- job type
Their advanced filters make it easy to find the perfect vacancy for you! For example, if you’re looking for a full-time developer position, logging on to Fuzu will show you all the opportunities available at that level within your preferred location.
