- Mpesa payments use business number 320320 for TV and Internet service
- Mpesa payments use business number 320321 for Phone Airtime
- Airtel Money payments use the Nickname ZUKUCATV for TV and Internet service
- Airtel Money payments use the Nickname ZUKUVOICE for Phone Airtime

Zuku Payment for Fiber
Steps:
- Access the Mpesa menu on your phone
- Select Paybill and enter business number 320320
- Enter your ZUKU account number
- proceed to complete your payment
- You will receive an SMS confirming the payments. It takes about 10 mins for your payment to appear in your ZUKU account.
To pay via Airtel Money.
- Go to the Airtel money option on your phone and select the make payments option.
- Select Paybill followed by the “OTHER” option
- Enter the business name as ZUKUCATV
- Follow the system prompts to complete your payment
- For Reference, enter your ZUKU account number.
- You will receive an SMS and an email confirming the payments
- Payment will reflect on your Zuku account within 15 minutes
ZUKU Payment for Fiber Phone Airtime
Steps
- On your Mpesa menu, select the Paybill option and enter business number 320321
- Enter your ZUKU account number under the “Account number option
- Follow the system prompts to complete your payment
- You will receive an SMS confirming the payments. Payments take 2hrs on your ZUKU account

Steps

- Enter your ZUKU account number
- proceed to complete your payment
- You will receive an SMS confirming the payments. It takes about 15 mins for your payment to appear in your ZUKU account.
